Need to contact pufmm.org? This page explains what we can help with, what to include in a message, and where to go for problems we can't solve. Look for the contact form or email link in the site footer or menu. We don't publish a phone line or live chat, and we haven't listed support hours.

18+ only (21+ in some states and at some sites). Gambling involves risk of loss. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER. Offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators. See our responsible gambling page for more.

What you can contact us about

We are an independent comparison site. We review and rank crypto casinos, but we don't run any of them. These are the messages we can act on:

  • Corrections: an offer, wagering term, supported coin or licence detail on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
  • Review feedback: you think a rating or write-up misses something that matters, such as withdrawal limits or verification rules.
  • Site problems: a broken link, a page that won't load, or confusing wording.
  • Partnership or media enquiries: please say who you are and which pages you mean.
  • Questions about our method: how we rate sites or handle commercial relationships. Our About Us page covers the basics.

What we can't help with

Because we don't operate the casinos we cover, we can't resolve account issues for you. That includes:

  • Delayed, pending or disputed withdrawals
  • Locked accounts, bonus forfeiture or verification requests
  • Lost crypto sent to a wrong address or the wrong network
  • Legal or tax advice

For account problems, use the support channel inside the casino you're using, and keep your transaction hash, timestamps and screenshots. A blockchain transaction can't be reversed by us or, usually, by anyone else, so check addresses and networks carefully before you send.

Who we cover

Our reviews currently feature BetPanda, CoinCasino, Cryptorino, Blockbet, BC Game, Winna, Thrill, Hyperlucky, Cybet and Wild.io. If you're writing about one of them, tell us which and link the exact page and the detail in question. We can only discuss the sites we've listed.

How to write a message we can use

  1. Name the page and the section you're writing about.
  2. Say what you think is wrong or missing.
  3. Add a source if you have one, such as the casino's own terms page, and the date you saw it.
  4. Tell us your state if it's relevant, since availability and rules vary.
  5. Don't send private keys, seed phrases, passwords or full ID documents. We will never ask for them.

How we handle corrections

We check facts against what operators publish and update pages when we find a change. Bonus terms, coin lists and country restrictions can change without notice, so always confirm them on the casino's own site before you deposit. We can't promise a reply time or a particular outcome. Commission may be earned if you sign up through our links, but it doesn't decide rankings. Our Terms and Conditions set out how the site may be used.

Legal grey area and tax reminder

Offshore crypto casinos serving US players are licensed outside the US, not by a US regulator, and operate in a legal grey area. Rules differ by state, so check your own state's laws. Gambling winnings and crypto gains may be taxable; consult a qualified tax professional. We can't give legal or tax advice by message.

Staying safe when you write to anyone

Be wary of anyone claiming to be us who asks for a deposit, wallet access or a "verification fee". We don't hold player funds or run casino accounts. If a message seems off, contact us through the official page rather than replying.
